We use Best Way shipping to deliver all of our karts and spare parts. Most items will ship from our US warehouse. Some Items may ship from a different warehouse and will arrive separately from the other items ordered. Oversized items that are backordered can ship via air freight or by ocean container
All freight deliveries are shipped with a lift gate. All parts unless specified are backed by the RiMO manufacturer warranty. Returns are available with approval for a 10% restocking fee for any unused and undamaged items. Warranty items must be returned for inspection for a credit to be issued
